I had 26 solar panels installed on half of my roof back in 2022. During the installation they made a hole in my kitchen wall. That they never pay for fixing it. Day after day i got more frustrated with them.
The installers came and install the panels one day, but next week other people came without letting me KNOW in advance that they will be here that day, anyway, they uninstalled the panels and installed them back up. sometime in 2023 i got a leak on my ceiling, so i had my handyman fixing it for 3 times, until i realized that the leak may had been caused by the panels, I called palmetto Solar and they send a roof company to look at the damages and determinate if the leak was caused because of the panels. It was. So i started talking to this lady name Alejandra Torrijos in Palmetto about fixing my roof and removing the solar panels from it, because also they don't save me any money, i still paying the same amount of electricity i was paying before the solar panels installation. After months of back and forth conversations with her she sent another roofing company to make sure again that the solar panels mess up my roof. To finally told me they won't pay for fixing my rood because my roof was in bad condition and as stated in the contract. I told her that if my roof was in bad condition the day of the installation they shouldn't install the panels, but my roof was in good condition, i sent her a picture of my roof a few months before the installation and a video of my actual condition roof in the back of the house. I never received an answer from her after that.
Then Helene hilted Savannah and i lost power as many other people. And guess what? 26 solar panels in my roof and i had no electricity at all in my house. I emailed her again and again she didn't reply to me.
Now, another leak is showing in the middle of the same living room
They also told me i will get a $12.000 credit from the government. I went to do my taxes and the accountant told me that i will get a credit on my taxes if i owe taxes to the IRS, but if i don't i will never see that credit.
Palmetto Solar is the worst company i deal with.
THEY ARE LIERS. PALMETTO SOLAR IS THE MOST LEGAL SCAMMERS EVER!!!!!!!!!!!

Excellent work! This company met all the criteria for my install. I had a neighbor who had gone with another unauthorized company, he warned of repeat inspections and poor worksmanship. Palmetto's team was respectful of my property. The lead explained all the steps at the beginning of the work and checked in with me during the process and at the end, the field team lead did the same. The field team left my property neat. I highly recommend Palmetto Solar!

Definitely 5 stars! The installation company, Earthlight Tech from CT., was simply amazing. Palmetto has been top shelf with the financing and customer service. Everything has been so simple to handle online. My fixed lease payments are way less than half my old electric bills - and those electric bills here in Ma. are shocking - pun intended..
