To charge somebody $150 deposit to change the name on an account is absolutely ridiculous! That should be illegal for goodness sake. Especially if the person is a disabled senior citizen and has lived at the residence for 10 years anyway. They only had to change name on account because the account holder who also lived at same residence passed away. Never had to come do anything at the house with the meter or anything just type in a name in the system! POLK COUNTY WATER AUTHORITY DO BETTER! THEY ARE SORTA RUDE TOO!

I had an issue with water pressure and I spoke with miss Ashley. She was very understanding and did everything in her power to help me. She addressed my concern immediately. It's not often you find someone with this level of customer service. She deserves a raise and I applaud her!!!

I had my house under an automatic payment for the past 2 years with paperless billing so I didn't have to worry about it turns out for the last 3 months I get a lovely surprise that they change the payment system without telling anyone anything and the only time I was told about this over due bill was the day they come turn off my water and the staff was terrible saying it wasn't their job to let people know about this change FOR 3 MONTHS THEY COULD'VE CALLED TO TELL ME BUT NEVER DID!!!!! HONESTLY THIS HAS TO BE ONE OF THE BIGGEST THIEVES IN THIS COUNTY!!!

I think it's great to be able to pay you bill on line but good Gosh can't you fix it so we pay to you and not some company that charges $4 just to pay a bill. My stars people get up to date, you charge for every drop of water used so do you have to get a company that changes Too!!! Not happy for along time with PCWA!! Money hungriest people In Polk County! Sorry 😐 just telling the truth. Sick of PC!!

Everytime I go in they are always so polite, the whole staff, they all say Good Morning, How Are You Today, I Guess if You go in with a good additude u get addressed with a good additude. I have found in my life time People tend to treat you the way you start off treating them, I know I do, If someone starts talking
To me with an attitude well I give it
Right back to them in a hurry.
That being said, I think this is an
