Mark Powell prepared an invalid termite letter on a house I bought. I don’t know if it was sheer incompetence, or if he was trying to help the seller. Here are photos of mud tubes and fungus he missed. He also failed to notice an active rat infestation. He says he never had a problem with any other job, and that may be true, but it cost me several thousand dollars to correct all these issues.

10 out of 10 experience. Mark came out to do a walk through a day or so after I called, came back and treated the yard, inside and outside of the home. Saw immediate results. Mark is the best! When I moved into my apartment, I was absolutely panicked when I started seeing roaches. Eliminator Pest Solutions was amazing! Didn't know who to call about a pesky (but terribly cute) possum that was in the chicken coop. I called our regular pest control who does not offer wildlife removal, but highly recommended Mark Powell at Eliminator Pest Control and would reach out to him. Within minutes I received a call from Mark who stated he would be there in 30 minutes. He arrived very quickly and within 5 minutes the possum was caught.
I would definitely recommend this company again just based on the rapid response and ease. But it wasn't just those things that made the service wonderful. Mark was also so very friendly and helpful. He also explained what happens next with the possum, which I was pleased to hear that it would live out its life. It'd grown on me during my short encounter and I didn't want to see it hurt or killed. I just wanted it far far away from my chickens. I wouldn't be surprised if the possum got 5-star treatment too from Eliminator Pest Solutions before it got released. Thank you Mark!!!!
