My wife and I reached out to Nolan Electric to report an issue that arose very suddenly that caused loss of power to our dishwasher and to two of our wall receptacle outlets in our kitchen. Jesse and his assistant were at our home within an hour of the call to investigate and address the issue(s) for us! After Jesse concluded his investigation, he advised us that there was an issue with one of the receptacles that was causing the dishwasher and other receptacle to not receive power as they should. Jesse also expressed concern about a potential problem with a portion of the wiring to one of the receptacles as well. Jesse very promptly replaced the faulty wall receptacle for us and he also ran some new wiring to replace the old wiring that was of concern, and he did so at a very reasonable cost! My wife received a personal phone call from Mrs. Nolan the next day to insure that we were satisfied with everything that was done! This level of professionalism and experience far exceeds that offered by other companies and because of that, we highly recommend Nolan Electric to any and everyone who may be in need of electrical repair or installation!

I would advise anyone thinking about using Nolan Electric to think again. What is so disturbing to me is they claim to be Christian’s then proceed to rip you off. I called them and I told them I had no power coming to my stove vent. They came out and checked the receptacles and told me you have no power going to the vent. NO JOKE. They charged me $250 for telling me I had no power and then gave us a religious tract and told us it would cost $680 to fix the problem. I’m a Christian and if I treated people that way I couldn’t sleep at night. STAY FAR AWAY from Nolan Electric.

I had several things done (new wiring and lights, numerous outlets redone, new ceiling fan and lights installed, 3 new bathroom vents, etc.) and was pleased with everything except the bathroom vents at first. Installer was nice and friendly

Several weeks after work was done I contacted, via phone and email about warranty work on bathroom vents and never received a call back. The old vent boxes were not replaced as I was told they​ would work. One box rattles, and all three keep twisting. I have since made more calls which have never been returned. Nine months after my very expensive ceiling fan was installed I lost lights and fan usage. They quit working. Again another call and Mr. Nolan said he would call me back in a little bit. That was two months ago. I was initially pleased, but I have to say warranty work and callbacks are non-existent. Would not recommend or re-hire at this point. Because of everything else I would rate a 2.5, but I don't have that option.

I purchased a new home and needed to have the breaker panels inspected and multiple GFIC outlets installed, plus lighting in the master bathroom, closet, and deck. The job quote was reasonable for the amount of work needed and they were quick and efficient with close attention to detail. These guys have a great work ethic with a positive attitude.

Great Company to do business with. They are trustworthy and do what they tell you they will. I actually had asked them to switch something that could have caused me more trouble and cost me more money down the road. And, even though it was less money for them, they explained the potential situation so that I could make an informed decision!
