I had family in the state, and I recommended Hannah Solar through a mutual connection. They'd done good work for me in the past when I lived in the area. This time they didn't let me down. Installation was fast and easy. prices were better than they used to be. Overall great experience, would recommend to anyone.

Hannah Solar installed my system in 2016. Then they apparently had financial problems. In 2022 I had them come do a cleaning and maintenance on my system. Their work broke my system for a month before they could return to get it up and running again. My system has ran at 50% since they got it working again. Still, I took out a $399/year annual maintenance plan. They withdrew the money in February and have since continuously given me a message that they will provide the service I paid have paid for. It is now August, and they will not return repeated calls and emails. I don't know if they are even in business anymore.

I originally went with another company based on name alone...they over promised and under delivered. They didn't even have a license to do business in my state...so I fired them and did some actually due diligence. Enter Hannah. Joseph didn't try and sell me the most expensive design, he actually came over conducted a site survey and research to see if I would even benefit from Solar and to see if I wasn't just throwing it away. He stated that Hannah's success depends on its customers. They gave me several options and spoke to each one...respecting ROI boundaries I strived to achieve. The turn around time was less than a month even with a week of rain! The crew and manager were extremely professional and did an amazing job. I cannot say enough great things about this company. I am very satisfied...two days after completion, my power usage from the grid is nearly nothing. Would recommend them over others...and you will too...

Hannah has had some difficult times recently, so I was a little wary of hiring them to do my solar panels despite being the best price offered. A neighbor used them, though, and had nothing but good things to say, so I was willing to entertain the idea. Luckily the sales representative was willing to have a frank discussion about the recent bankruptcy, how the company ended up in trouble, and what they've done to improve things since. On top of that, using their financing partner guaranteed that they did not get paid (and I was not liable) until the work was done. With these assurances, I was willing to give them a try, and was really glad I did. Their customer service was the best of any company I dealt with, the panels went up just two weeks after the contract was signed, and installation was completed in just a few days by a top notch team of installers that gave me great confidence in the work being preformed. I would recommend the new Hannah Solar to anyone thinking of installing a new system, they appear to have learned from their (very real) issues, and come out the stronger for it. Wishing them the best of luck in their continued operations.

DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. They acquired Worry Free Power, a company that installs and services Backup Generators.
The generator never comes on when the power goes off. They come to service it periodically, get paid for it, but the generator never works. After our last black out on Friday due to bad weather we called their emergency number and were told the technicians were overbooked for emergencies. First of all, if you service the equipments properly you shouldn't be running around fixing them during a storm. We were without power until the day after, and we had to throw away everything from the freezers. They didn't even have the decency to send a technician after the emergency was gone. After I brought another company in to figure out what the issues with the generator was we found out that it had never been properly serviced or maintained. The water pump had been lose for a while leaking coolant, a sensor made out of brass that should have been changed years ago was still there (technicians from Hannah Solar told us there were issue with that sensor but never changed it), to make it worst they were over just couple weeks ago. Meanwhile they got regularly paid, they have actually been already paid to do the maintenance service for the whole 2020. After 20 phone calls one of the lady on the other side told me the owner of the company would have called me back to get my refund. Days have gone by and never heard from them. Not even the dignity to call back or send a technician to fix the issue. STAY AWAY FROM THEM.

In early September 2017, I paid a $4,500 deposit to Hannah Solar for a 22kw Generac Generator + installation with the promise from their sales rep that even though they were busy, it would be installed in "about a month." The generator price was $4500 with professional installation costing an additional $4500 to be paid after installation. I knew this was high but they appeared to be professional. Far from the case.
Instead of one month, the generator took FIVE months to be installed, voiding a promotion that Generac was offering at the time valued at $795 and creating months of confusion and spotty communication. Hannah also scheduled GaPower to disconnect power to our house on an agreed upon day. We hired child care and took time off from work (house with newborn and no power in January is not good). When I called Hannah and the electrician as Ga Power trucks and employees waited in my street, the Hannah electrician simply said "Oh, I didn't know that was today." This caused us to have to repeat the process a month later, again adding financial costs, time off and child care. We also experienced several power outages during the time the Generac was supposed to be installed, causing us to seek accommodations elsewhere, again, we had a newborn at the time.
When the Generac was finally installed in February, the electrician simply left without a word. Hannah literally showed ZERO interest in even explaining to me, the customer, how to use this intimidating piece of expensive machinery! Sadly, I learned how to use my Generac from Youtube videos. Again, the additional $4500 owed was for "professional installation." Hannah was absolutely disorganized, unprepared and inexperienced at the process. When they finally contacted me in June, they were only interested in collecting money. This was the FIRST contact by Hannah Solar, my professional installer, since weeks BEFORE the Generac was installed. I explained how unhappy I was with the absolutely unprofessional installation I had experienced in the months before, and they said they would discount the bill. They discounted it by less than $100, even though I had lost thousands in wages, child care, alternate accommodations and expired warranty promotions that I can never recoup. What a joke.
Hannah Solar is now very interested in contacting me, not to help remedy the atrocious job they did- but simply to collect their money. Go elsewhere for this kind of work, these guys are amateurs.
