My experience was greatly enhanced by the exceptional service provided by Denise, an employee who truly went above and beyond. I arrived seeking coils for my vaporizer but had unfortunately forgotten the model number of my device. Denise, with her warm demeanor and unwavering patience, dedicated her time to assist me in finding the correct coils. She even stood by as I scrolled through YouTube, eagerly searching for a video I had previously watched that would jog my memory. Once we successfully identified the right coils, she didn’t stop there—she continued to help me discover unique vaping liquids that are rarely found in other stores. Thanks to her outstanding assistance, I left feeling satisfied and excited to return in the future.

Company is very, very greedy and money hungry. The reward program used to give paying customers 10% back on their purchases and overnight it was dropped to 1%. People were not happy. They didn't close the store down during the remodel. There was fiberglass everywhere. In the air, on surfaces, on customers clothes. Weren't closed during the construction, where power tools were constantly going off. Numerous customers couldn't handle the noise and left. When we got that bad snow storm, they didn't close the store for the safety of their employees. In fact, they fired an employee who couldn't get to the store because of the snow. The computer systems go down on a daily basis. It's not a surprise when there is a sign saying CASH ONLY. Was promised a commission check, but on the day we were supposed to get it they canceled them. They expect you to make a certain amount every month...that goal is pretty much unattainable. Very shady company. I'm glad I called OSHA on them. Don't shop here, go to ATL Vapor, right next door. Or Cloud 9. This company DOES NOT care about their employees. Speak with your wallets. This has nothing to do with the current staff. They are doing the best they can in a bad situation. The staff is amazing..the company not so much.

After remodeling and making people happy to work there again, they got rid of there top sells person!! And probably getting rid of more. Neither manager knows anything about sales, everyime employees makes the place great looking the go move it to make it ugly once again. They don't pay what things are promised, they fire employees just to fire them. The place is going to go down hill if they don't get somebody thay knows what they are doing soon!!!!! Also while construction was happening the employees had to breath dust and insulation in which made employees sick!! Never had a building permit either hanging on the business during remodel!! What a joke!!

I absolutely love shopping at Xhale City for hemp products! The staff are fantastic—always friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to assist with anything I need. I especially want to give a shoutout to Denisse, who consistently goes above and beyond to ensure I have a great experience.

However, there are a couple of areas that could use improvement. It seems like they could benefit from having more staff, as things can get a bit slow at times. Additionally, the heater doesn’t seem to work, which makes the shop a bit uncomfortable on colder days.

Overall, it’s a great place with amazing service, and I will definitely keep coming back!

Had a awesome selection of freebase liquids and salts and carry my vapoo drag 40 I've been trying to purchase from elemtel vape and they lose my packages 3 times now but will start using them now that they carry my mods and my liquids
