Drove a hour and a half one way to purchase a used skid steer brush cutter. Was told it was in overall good condition. I Inspected it to find cracked welds on the stump jumper. Price was lowered to reflect the work that needed to be done. Went to pay and the sales man Elijah just disclosed that it was a consignment item and could be paid with only cash or check.

Very poor communication and lack of a basic inspection is sad for an equipment dealer.

Will not go back there. They gave me a wrong part that I waited on for 2 weeks. When I brought it back to them the next day still in the box exactly the same condition as I received it They kept the 25 dollar freight fee for a part that weighed less than 1 pound. This was not the first time I received a wrong part from them

Worked on a simple oil drain fix, that I had to go elsewhere n bought n brought parts for them. Overcharged on labor, 2 hours @ 120$ for a 1 hour fix. I called another scag dealer to ask, how long it should take also n said hour , 1.5 at max. When questioned price with service manager Bubba, I was told I haggle like an Indian. I'm am a Indian. Very sad n upset a racial slur was used towards me in front of everyone that works there. Asked to speak to the owner, after I got back to job site, n realized they put a quart over normal dipstick level n had to drain my mower. Drained a QT out of it. Part installed was lose n wiggly. No one would give me the supervisor number to talk to manager or owner. What a awful place. I would never ever do business here again.

We rented a pull type man lift. Upon returning the lift, a tire blew out. Clearly this was due to wear and tear. I would assume this would be covered by the company as a part of their maintenance. We did nothing to cause this blowout in the 12 miles we transported it. We were forced to pay $110 to replace the tire. I feel this was unfair that we had to pay when the blowout was due to age and general use. I requested the owner call me and that has not occurred today, therefore I have resorted to this public review.
UPDATE: The owner understood my reasoning and gave us a refund for the tire. I am thankful.

This at one time was a good company to deal with. However, in the past several months it has went way down hill! The rental department can not get there act straight. The new manager over rentals is far from leading his team in the right direction.

Called them three times about some literature I requested about certain models of their tractors. Told me twice it was on the way. Three weeks and still have not received it.
