Oops, I meant to add this review to Schaeffers Automotive Repair, not Schaeffers Auto Care amd Tire.

Had a Honda Pilot with a blown engine. Charles found me one withlow miles and swapped it out for me. At the same time he did a number of repairs that was way cheaper to do with the motor out than later, at my request. Car starts, sounds and drives like a new one. Would highly recommend Schaffers.

He took good care of me. I was in and out in under an hour. He didn't try to over work anything.. just fixed my radiator leak and filled up the antifreeze. And he also put me on right path to my next destination. Awesome!!!

This shop is the best in town for sure!! The people are down to earth, friendly, and the mechanics are hard working!! Took my daughter’s car up there yesterday to get her EVAP fixed and they got the part in today and it was fixed and ready to go in about an hour. Very nice people and I will be back if I need something else done!! 10/10 recommend.

My truck has been there 3 times. Last time was there for a week. The day after I picked my truck up twice, it did not crank. They continuously lied to me and made me spend $600 on rental car. I would never take another vehicle there. Only reason my vehicle went there was they were only Carvana mechanic in town. I would take your car elsewhere. Very untrustworthy and no communication. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE THERE.

I am editing review to reply to their response. I would love to see these videos. I took the truck to a GMC master technician, and it did not start the two days that he had the vehicle in possession, and he was able to pin point the issue and now we have a path to correcting. He also stated that there was 0% chance that vehicle started for a week straight. You also stated that the vehicle would be left for pick up on Saturday and that was not done. Most likely due to you knowing it would not crank that morning with out being jumped off. Also, in response to the foul language, that is all I heard why in your shop and how you all interacted with each other.
