They have awesome customer service and sales reps that help out tremendously, and there are so many parts to choose from. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking for used auto parts at a decent price.

My first time using this company. The prices were pretty good compared to the others. I told them that I was gonna come to pick the part up first thing Monday. I got there and they had not pull the part yet. The guy Blake told me that there was a problem with the one they ordered and they had to order an alternate. They only have two pullers and they pull over 200 parts a day. So I’m driving on my lunch break so I don’t have to go after work and get caught in traffic only to be here and having to wait for them to pull the park cause they only got two pullers. Totally unacceptable. Don’t know if I’ll be using this company again .

These folks have no idea what they are doing or how to run a salvage yard. You can’t talk to someone at a parts counter you have to call a sales person, literally from the waiting area of the business. Which by the way is 3 broken fold up chairs (see pic) they also don’t inventory or sell any small parts. They ignore you when you stand at the cashier window. It’s insane, their customer service at the u pull it isn’t much better. Their reviews are bad and they will continue to get worse.

GREAT customer service!!!! I've got a 2010 Lexus GS and was looking for a hard to find module. They was able to help and find a compatible unit. Not only that but, the incorrect part got shipped to me by accident. Blake was able to quickly and understandably fix the situation. He was very patient with a great attitude will all my phone calls!

One of the best experiences I have ever had. Super professional and kind. Meagan was quick on the draw. I have use Grey and White a couple other times 20 years ago and remember now that the experience was similar, but without today's technology. I recommend 10 out 10. What an excellent business model. If you have any Auto Salvage/ part needs, they are th ones to call!

Called for a right tail light and left light harness. Was told okay, it’ll be $130. When I got there the cashier was really snappy and rude. Then when I went to see the part all they had pulled was the right light. I stated to them what I had asked for so he said they can pull the left harness but it’ll cost extra. Whatever at this point, I still needed them. Went to check out and it was $175! The light is new on Amazon for $115 and the harness new is $30! This is a JUNK YARD. Why price higher than brand new parts? Ridiculous. Won’t be back.
