Red Rock is a total gem! All of the teachers have been warm, welcoming, caring, and helpful, and in general, I've found a strong sense of community there. They offer a great variety of classes, too, for all skill levels and wants/needs. I always look forward to class and always leave feeling more relaxed, grateful, and so glad I went.

Tonight was not only my first time at Red Rock, it was my first yoga class ever. My daughter and I decided to try a class, and at 41 years old, having never done yoga, I was incredibly nervous! We attended Mindful Yoga with Emily. Emily was fantastic in getting us everything we would need for the class and meeting with us before the class started to answer any questions. During the class, Emily was great to explain what a position was and how we could modify if we needed to. I may have range of motion to work on, but I still felt incredibly relaxed and refreshed after the class. Everyone in the class was very kind and I didn’t feel out of place at all even though I was not at the same level as everyone else. We truly enjoyed our experience and look forward to attending again!

Red Rock wellness and yoga center is incredible. The instructors are knowledgeable, helpful, and extremely personable. The studio is quite large and aesthetically pleasing. The classes that I have been to are very beginner friendly but the instructors always provide options for modifications if you are looking for a more advanced practice. I would recommend the heated vinyasa class. I have brought friends that have been to very few yoga classes to this class and they RAVED about it after.

Altogether, Red Rock is a wonderful place to find a lovely community and deepen your yoga practice.

I’ve recently been struggling with my health, stress being the major culprit. I started taking classes at Red Rock Yoga to help eliminate said stress and it has been absolutely wonderful. The instructor’s are so friendly and welcoming and the classes are calm and the right amount of challenge. Definitely recommend for anyone looking to improve their health and stress levels!

My husband and I recently started going to Red Rock by utilizing their 10 for $10 deal. We loved the flexibility this gave us to try all of the classes out. We have now been going for about 2-3 months and absolutely love it. There are classes for all levels. We enjoy the Yin/Yasa, Heated Yoga, & Stretch and Strengthen classes. All of the instructors are great!

Just finished a Mindful yoga class with Emily and is was LOVELY! The perfect combination of effort, relaxation, stretching, and mindfulness. This was my first time at the studio. It’s a beautiful building with a calm and peaceful vibe. I will definitely be going back.

I had the best experience getting a massage gift card for my dad for his birthday! I live in Utah so it’s always a shot in the dark planning something when I’m not there in person but Jessica called me back right away to lead me through my options, and purchasing was so easy. She was warm and welcoming and within no time at all there was a cute little bag waiting on the porch for my dad with a birthday message, gift card, and brochure. So sweet and personal, very grateful for these folks!
