I recently purchased a motorcycle from here. The sales experience was like any other sales experience but was great to talk and work with them. My salesman Seth very attentive the best he could with how busy they were. I did have one issue on bike. The front rotors were slightly warped. They promptly ordered a new set and changed them for me. Definitely took care of me!

I purchased a motorcycle from this dealership and had a fantastic experience. My salesman, Adam, was super friendly and knowledgeable. I could tell he was working with multiple customers while I was there and he showed real professionalism as he juggled a heavy workload.

The finance department was wonderful and they went above and beyond to make sure I understood what I was signing for without me feeling like I was being pressured.

As great as sales and finance was my biggest compliment goes to Taylor in the service department. Shortly after I purchased my bike I had a manufacturer warranty issue. I contacted Kawasaki and they agreed to send the replacement part directly to Ride Now. Taylor took charge of the warranty, kept me updated throughout the process and is continuing to help me correct an understandable mistake that Kawasaki made in the warranty process.

Warner was truly amazing when it comes to communication and customer service. He makes sure that every question that you have gets answered and also tries to get you the best benefits for your purchase. This was my first time ever purchasing a motorcycle and the process here at RideNow with Warner was 100% a 10/10 experience. They also gave me a complementary tee shirt.
