My experience with Dexter specifically was top notch. He went above and beyond to help resolve an issue I had. However, I was displeased overall with the program, as I was told I would be on a fixed rate and was placed on an adjustable rate. It also wasn’t made clear that this is an additional charge on top of my current provider. I felt deceived. But again, Dexter cleared all of this up and was able to make the situation better.

Unfortunately, ive had services for 5yrs and Completely forgot. I called in very upset and Requested a Manager! Dexter was Awesome! He's a great asset to RPA. He explained all the Important details with a reasonable tone and Never lost his professionalism. He very accommodating to our needs!! If you have any issues with Anything please seek Dexter!

As a NJ resident, I enrolled with this company and I’m extremely happy. Customer service was on point, their program rocks! Similar experiences as everyone else. Misled into believing they would be "providing rebates and credits owed to me just for being a customer" first month with them the bill was normal. Second month my bill was over $300 for a one bedroom apartment which is absolutely insane. I should have known it was a scam because the person that came to my door was incredibly unprofessional and their phone screen was cracked and they kept getting calls/ texts which would interrupt them selling to me. I blame myself for falling for it and not realizing it was not legitimately saving me anything, and for not FULLY reading the contract. I called BGE to see what my bill would have been without using this company for the month of August. it was $150 more by using them. Please do your research before signing anything. I was luckily able to cancel and it was a smooth cancellation process but now I'm out $150. I do not wish to be contacted regarding any of this. I just wanted to share my story so others can see what might happen. Lesson learned- read everything before signing anything.

I’m only giving 5 stars because Dexter was wonderful and fixed my issue immediately, but my experience of leading up to it was the worst experience of my life!!! I had 2 very pushy guys knock on my door and wouldn’t take no so I listened to them and at no time did they ever mention green choice energy and I told them I’m not interested and my husband uses bge and I’m not authorized to make changes so they said it’s bge and they wanted to make sure I was getting my $50 reward monthly and it only went downhill from there, I got a text saying thank you for signing up with green choice and that’s when I sent a message on the website and Dexter called me immediately and apologized and canceled it. He was very professional very kind and helpful.

The 5 stars are for Dexter McCamery who was very helpful and resolved my issue to my satisfaction. I was not so pleased with the customer service representative who I felt were giving me the run around. I had to request to speak to a Supervisor because I felt like I wasn’t getting anywhere. I give the CS representative 1 star.
