EcoMech technicians did an excellent job of removing my old geothermal unit and installing my new 5 series deluxe Water Furnace unit. Very professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them for A/C service. They are a little pricey but top notch. If I were to rate them it would be a 5 star.

Horrible overall experience with this company. The entire process felt rushed due to unknown reasons. The unit was installed correctly and we're satisfied with the results however very important details were missing in the efficiency calculations of the overall performance of the unit.

After spending the amount of money we did for the replacement I wouldn't have expected to step into the technical side of things to work out the kinks on my own for something that I paid for.

Each home is unique in it's own way and they didn't take the time out to ensure that we would be satisfied. I wouldn't label them parts changers but they carried themselves as such.
I greatly appreciated Mr. Joseph's integrity, patience, and diligence through our interactions.

Installed the Water Furnace 9 years ago from EcoMech. A couple of maintenance issues, a warranty repair. Super quick service! I have 2 systems one up, one down, Water Furnace pool heater. System is rock solid. Tim and the team are amazing. If we move we will use them again.

Terrific! - My Water Furnace geothermal unit (installed by another company under previous homeowners) was underperforming and left my house chilly in late November, I called EcoMech the Monday before Thanksgiving. Lorri let me know they were booked solid but immediately scheduled for the following Monday, and told me she would reach out if someone canceled. The next day she called to let me know she could get a technician out first thing the following morning. Jimmy arrived promptly at 8:30AM the next day, donning a black cowboy hat and 40 years of experience under his belt. He walked me through the ins and outs of the system, thoroughly checking each component and explaining its purpose and suitable operating threshold. He was patient, knowledgeable, immeasurably entertaining and most importantly a straight shooter. He got me sorted out and well situated for the incoming winter. I would not hesitate to recommend EcoMech and their services if you are looking for an HVAC team that knows their stuff.
