Keith is an amazing trouble shooter with the new internet. Not only is he very knowledgeable, he is very professional in his work. I had been through four technicians by phone and he came and improved my reception within about 20 minutes. Damien installed our internet this morning. He showed up on time and effectively helped us get the home install complete. Damien was super patient helping me with the password setup and confirmed everything was right and running smoothly. He left contact for future troubleshooting. Also showed me how to check the speed of our connection. I would refer him to anyone else needing home installation through MEC. Damien is awesome! Thank you for your help.

Happy that fiber is being offered! Jamichael Campbell with Entersource completed the installation for us. He worked with us to use existing access points connecting the cable from the outside to the inside, meaning that we didn't have to drill more holes in the ceiling or hardwood floors. This detail may be minor to some, but it's a big deal to me! Thanks Jamichael and Mitchell EMC for the upgrade!
