Assholes that won't tell you that your payments aren't going through then disconnect your power so they can charge an extra fee to turn it back on. Only use them because I have to. Do not recommend.

Power bill has over doubled since last year. Looks like this is a normal thing for this company. I just moved here last year, and have lived many places. The most expensive power company I have ever had, by far. I thought price gouging was illegal.

Frequent power outages for no reason. Why should I be paying for service when I’m not receiving it? also. They have been spraying chemicals to kill the trees and shrubs along power lines and it’s awful for the environment and us! They spray even in peoples yards well inside their property. It should be illegal.

We had a power issue late last night. The lights were flickering, part of the house not working at all..I was afraid to go to sleep. I assumed no one could come check it until today, but I went ahead and reported the issue. The dispatcher said someone will be out within the hour!! & they were! They worked until 4 am getting our power restored! So thankful for them!!!

I am not sure what was different in this storm, But Oremc was out and about! They were above and beyond on task and we were so grateful they got us back on super fast! No lost food or days without power during Debby! Thanks to all the linemen they rocked this storm!

It's not their fault my power got cut off. It shut off an hour before my paycheck hit. But it's ridiculous that a $300 bill turned into a $540 bill just to turn it back on an hour later, 3 days before Christmas during a freeze warning when I have two small kids. It took my whole paycheck and left me with $20. I'm sure that'll get me bread and mill for the week.

I wish this business didnt exist Expensive and bad customer service. I was told i use less and sometimes the same usuage as last year compared to this year and now i am paying twice as much on my bill. The represenative said their rates went down from last year and rushed me off the phone... they obviously need to be investigated. Its all together a bad company and full of lies. They have no plans in place to help you save money, they only have plans to help you spin more money.

Don't look for OREMC to accept responsibility for damages incurred that were determined to be THEIR fault! I lost a $1000.00 ac unit because the neutral wire up near the transformer was loose which caused the unit to burn up and when I called about reimbursement since it was their fault, I got the run around. They directed me to the person who is SUPPOSED to handle these issues and of course all I got was a "leave me a message". This person has never returned my phone call. I guarantee that if I didn't have my light bill paid when due, they'd have no problem turning it off because I hadn't paid, but when the issues are on their end and damages occur all you get is crickets!
