If this company wasn’t literally the only option we would switch no questions asked. I’d rather pay double the price for reliable power. The $900 generator I had to purchase because of them would have been better spent at another power company.

Horrible service power goes out constantly. If it’s hot it goes out, if it rains it goes out if it’s windy it goes out, but not matter how many times or how long it’s out there not a change in the bill? Even right now as I write this it’s a Saturday night at 7pm at 70 degrees no wind or rain but the powers out again!!!!!! You know it’s a bad electric company when they advertise generators on there website!

Customer service is nice ….but….its expensive service!!!!! $44 monthly only service fee and every company usually charges $10-18…. charge money for every step to pay for bill: credit card - pay fee, debit card - pay fee, auto payments from your account - pay fee again !!!!! Website -unprofessional ….. From $ 105 bill - $ 44 service fee…. That’s almost 20 cents per kw…..

Constant power outages. No heads up if it's due to construction or work. Today. Power has gone out twice. No storms anywhere. And even when there is a small storm. Expect a Power outage. But when it's large we never lose power. Makes no sense and it isn't even hurricane season. It isn't the weather you have to prepare for but this company. And sad we can't go to anyone else for now.

Rudely awoken to someone saying he’s going to shut off the power if the bill isn’t paid within 30min. I tell him he’s going to have to come back, since my partner is working. He says he won’t be able to come back, then goes and flickers the power for scare tactics. Had to call and interrupt my partner at work and he called the office, only for them to tell him we are fine - and that the next bill hasn’t even been sent out yet. Our autopay ended last month and it is only a few days past due, we had no emails or notices saying autopay ended. The guy at our door says if we get too many letters sent out, they come to our door to shut it off, yet we wouldn’t have even received the first notice yet. Horrible and disorganized. Rude. Power constantly going off at random times.

They are out to rip off customers and pocket the profits. They like to say that they're a "not for profit" business, but that would just mean that certain people, probably at the top are stealing from the company. They claim to pay $0.03 per KWH for any excess that you produce from a solar system. The truth is they don't only buy the excess, they buy all of it at that rate, and then sell it back to you at around $0.13 per KWH. So you would have to produce about 5 times the amount of power that you actually use to cover your bill. And there was apparently some scam they had going where you could "purchase" a block of solar panels that they own for $70 a month. So for that $70 a months they would let you have the power produced by 1KW of solar panels. One, that's very expensive. Two, that section of panels would produce a certain amount, but they would rip you off and tell you that it produced less. Dewayne Johns is the person who deals with renewable power rooftop solar and all that now. He doesn't care what you have to say. He'll keep making reference to the service agreement that says they'll pay $0.03 per KWH for your excess..... Yes, the EXCESS power. This company is run by scumbags. They're no better than the crooks at Georgia Power.

We lose power 3 times a month usually. If it rains and the wind blows you best believe the power is gone. Do better fix the old poles and upgrade equipment

Worst electric company ever! They forgot to take my “monthly bill” out of my account so they shut my power off and made me pay $250 for a whole new joining fee. They admitted it was their fault but still made me pay because where I live I couldn’t just join Georgia power so they knew I had no choice. These people are scammers and very rude.
