Working with this company has been a wonderful experience. They explained everything to us and assisted us from the beginning of the sale to completion. Their sales people and installers were very professional and understood our needs. They explained all the different types of systems and what the benefits of were each. They took the time to listen to what we were trying to accomplish and met our needs. Solar Energy USA did a lot better job than their competitors, we decided to use them over the other companies because we felt very confident in the process from start to finish.

Solar Energy USA is an great company north of Atlanta with amazing employees and amazing potential. Everyone I spoke to was knowledgeable and patient with my questions about the solar instillation process. I am extremely pleased with the service and installation I received from Solar Energy USA. I had 2.45KW of solar panels installed on the roof of my home. They were very responsive to accommodating my needs and addressing my concerns. The system is performing as promised, maybe even a little better than promised. Solar Energy USA is an amazing company. I was searching online for ways to cut power costs and found Solar Energy. I called and got a very consultative representative who answered all of my questions. They asked me what I was spending on my monthly power bills and told me how much money I could save. Literally hundreds of dollars per month!! Huge savings! I still cannot believe it. I have been so pleased with my decision to use Solar Energy USA. They are honest, professional people. They should be anyone's choice when looking for alternative methods of saving money on your home.

The sales consultant made a great pitch. Everything was set to go. 2 months later and still no panels and no word. My husband calls and gets a run around from the lady at the desk that they are in New Jersey then later in the conversation they are in Knoxville. Leaving an upsetting message to the sales consultant led to the VP calling and my husband was getting even more furious because he had nothing but excuses as well. Promised an install date of August 26 I believe it was. He even promised to pay the first 2 months of our payment, which we weren't sure what our payments were gonna be because no one has called and talked to us. Sure, we had panels dropped off. no call what so ever that they were. They laid half in our yard the other half in my neighbors yard. When the team finally comes to install they tell me its a side job for them. They get almost everything on and say they have to come back because they don't have everything. By this time, my husband and I are both furious because we still can't get anyone to call us back. I honestly want the panels off my roof. This company is a joke, unprofessional, non-communicating, and we are looking into a lawyer to see what we have to do. We have panels on both sides of our roof in which we were not asked to have them put on both sides, can't even use them because the workers said they need a part, this was almost a week ago. They drilled holes in our brick which should be calked or sealed correctly. I would not recommend them to anyone

Solar Energy USA recently completed a solar panel installation for me and I am very pleased. Due to circumstances, the sales cycles was very long but Solar Energy stuck with me the whole time but on the other hand never pressured me either. Highly recommended.

We utilized Solar Energy USA's systems on our house in an effort to one day be netzero. To accomplish this we opted for new triple-pane windows, spray foam for insulation, solar thermal for water heating, and a scalable solar array that will allow us to add on as we can afford to invest more. Solar Energy USA provided all of these services more than a year ago and we are pleased with the results. Our energy reduction is about 55% to 60%. Netzero can now be achieved with additional solar that we will add in the future. We wanted to wait until we saw the results to post our review. We are completely satisfied. Our desire to get an electric car, and supply the electrical support from solar, is now high on our list now that we have been educated by Solar Energy USA. We want to thank them for all of their help and patience. We would highly recommend them to anyone.
