Not what I expected. I thought they would have a customer area to drop off household trash.

I only had 6 bags of household trash to get rid of and was charged $90! Also, no discount for being an existing Waste Management customer.

The area to dump garbage is really built for large pickup trucks or real trash trucks.

The drivers at our old address were fantastic and I'd give them 5 stars. The service at our new address is subpar. They won't take any bags or trash that does not fit into the can. Recycling services are only offered every other week. Trying to reach customer service by phone is difficult.

Always prompt on my pickup day. If I have a question the driver is always very helpful.
I never have any loose trash at my house. I think you do an excellent job. Only thing I would like to see is different size trash cans. I am a senior citizen living alone and do not need a big can.

Started home trash and recycling over a week ago, trash was finally picked up 5 days after the pick up date, but I had to call everyday for 5 days! Recycling bin full is still at the end of my driveway, 9 days later!! This place is a joke!!! But hey the bad advertising is being seen by every person driving down my road, for the past 2 weeks!! It’s even better that at least 20 Waste Management Garbage trucks pass by my driveway each week!!

Terrible, inconsistent. Constantly leave our cans in the street blocking our driveway while other homes in the neighborhood are placed back correctly. Communication skills are poor at best. They've also broken our recycling container twice in the last 6 months.

I received a WM 6 yard waste container at my property and notification of a service start date of 4/19/23. . Service was conducted every two weeks until 2/7/24. On 2/7/24, I received an email notice that the service was not completed and a note that stated “unsafe to access”. I received the same notice every two weeks on the scheduled service dates (2/21/24, 3/4/24, 3/20/24, and 4/3/24). I called customer service on several occasions to see what was unsafe about the container access since it had not been moved, and no obstructions were present around the unit. It was located where it had been serviced for almost a year prior to 2/7/24. No one, including 3 different supervisors, were able to find what the issue was but indicated that they were elevating the matter to a regional manager. Sometime in late March, I found a WM representative that stated he was the dispatcher for the garbage service sitting in a company vehicle adjacent the container on my property. He said he was waiting to hear from the driver what the issue was, since it wasn’t apparent to him either. I never heard from this dispatcher again or any of the supervisors I spoke with. On 4/3/24, I received an email from Ross Shackelford requesting I contact him regarding my waste account. Mr. Shackelford stated that he was in receipt of the company notes and emails regarding my service, but still did not know what the safety issue was. He said he would inquire and get back with me with that information. Mr. Shackelford called back later that day and stated that the driver was concerned about where the dumpster was located and considered it a safety hazard to service it. The dumpster is adjacent to a gravel road used only by a few residents, of which none use the road at 6:30 a.m. when the service is conducted. I told Mr. Shackelford that they could move the dumpster anywhere on the 20 acres joining the gravel road that they found safe for access, and that the 20 acres was serviced by a concrete driveway 12’ wide. Mr. Shackelford stated that the company had decided that they no longer wanted to service this account. I asked that Mr. Shackelford have the company remove the dumpster as soon as possible and close my account. I informed Mr. Shackelford that I was receiving invoices for services that had not been performed since January, and that the payment of $80.95 paid on 2/5/24 was the final payment they would receive. I am still receiving invoices for services not conducted, late fees for payments not made for services not conducted, and container pickup fees for retrieval of the container that WM had decided to stop servicing. Mr. Shackelford has not responded to my email or phone requests for assistance. Since these company activities are conducted in the state of Georgia, but administrated in multiple states, I am respectfully requesting that your office investigate the business practices of WM as it is possible that these same issues could be affecting citizens of other states.

Wish I could leave a worse review. This company doesn't even deserve to be a super star let alone 5 star. 2 months of dealing with this issue week after week. Every excuse in the book. Promise after promise with no one to just pick the trash up. I love it when you call in they always say the same thing. Sorry we will pick it up in 24 hours or less . I love it when we see the big green WM truck drive by our homes and they simply will not stop. You can't pay this clown of a company enough money a month , they simply will not pick the trash up. Oh by the way I'm still waiting on that route manager to call me They never do. Do not waste your time or money with this company. !!! I am seriously thinking about getting a huge banner made with the big green WM with arrows pointing to the trash can . Just maybe they will see it then 🤔 oh and by the way these 2 pictures are my neighbors trash not picked up and of course mine. Never know maybe they will get it in 2 or 3 weeks or ? Seriously don't even bother with this company.

Your drivers are always courteous with a smile. The work is neatly done. The only disappointment is that you keep raising the price!
