This place is a joke! I hurt my wrist working the John deer machine. I told the supervisor Lisa that my right wrist was hurting an was told ok I will take u off at 11 when the trainers from second shift come in.. did she take me off no I stayed on it the whole day bc she claimed she didn’t have no where to put me. So the next morning I woke up my hand was swollen an my wrist was hurting badly. I called in an went to the doctor an was told I had carpal tunnel an I needed to be out a couple of days an on light duty. So I took my excuse to Evco an as soon as Lisa walked in she said carpal tunnel an I said how you know? She said bc when I told her my wrist was hurting she already knew that’s what it was. Ok now that’s strange she knew it but continued to let me work with it anyway. So now all a sudden they letting me go bc im on light duty an I have carpal tunnel. It’s funny bc I was told I’m a good worker an now I’m being let go blog my wrist. It’s crazy how they don’t care about there employees just getting orders out. That place is ridiculous anyway no type or organization an the supervisor talks to you any kind of way. Now I see why the turn over rate so high!!!
