Brian H. took great care of us! He was very knowledgeable and helpful. He was so dilgent about getting the water cleaned up and the house dried out. He was also very friendly and very respectful as well.

First off Garrett has been amazing. He is a hard worker and is very knowledgeable. Brittaney Stacey Payton Kenny Daniel Maurice have been great and have worked really hard trying to get the job done. Cynthia is a A one leader and has made sure all of needs have been meet .

William was great. He came in on the third day after two other people had already been here. They left tasks for him to complete. "oh they will get it tomorrow". Soiled carpet tiles were left for two days, while William grabbed them his first day. He also sanitized the shower they failed to take care of. Wish you had more people like him.

The team that vame included Dustin, Jonathan and Jacob who were all fantastic and very professional. Dustin led the team and was extremely knowledgeable and patient while explaining the entire process to me. Also, since I work from home they were very accommodating in working around my schedule and being quiet and respectful when needed. Hopefully I won't need their services again (water damage from storms are not fun), but if so, I would be happy to have them come and help with water mitigation to my home. Especially if it's the same team that came this time 😁

If you were flooded and need water removed please go elsewhere. My apartment was under 4 inches of water and against my wishes the landlord hired these quacks to come out and do the job for our building. Instead of having a crew come in to extract water, move furniture, and dry everything out they just put down fans. Now 58 hours into the process the carpet is still soaked and the equipment is just left unattended. I should have bit the bullet and hired the company my neighbor did and taken the lease violation. Her furniture was moved the baseboards removed and all water was extracted in 5 hours she’s left with fans. These folks are growing mold in our units and getting us all sick while we are left to find places elsewhere to stay while super fans are blowing water up our walls.

We worked with Greg and Jamie for mitigation cleanup. They work so well together and were both very professional, hard working, and determined to get everything right. They are excellent communicators and are both very kind. Highly recommend this crew!

I called the office and spoke with one of the Production Manager, Jacob. He was very helpful at explaining the process and even explained how I could file a claim. I ended up performing the work myself, but that initial phone call helped me and I will definitely be calling them back if I have a more serious water problem!!

If I could rate them higher I would. Dalton always carried himself professionally and made sure I was always informed and up to date on what steps he was taking to get things done. He always arrived on time, was respectful of my home and possessions, and made it clear I could message or call him with any further questions. Overall great experience.
