I recently purchased a hot water pressure washer from BCE Cleaning Systems, and while the equipment seems to be working fine, the customer service has been horrific. Before I ordered the equipment, I called to double check on the height of the skid to make sure once I mounted it on my flatbed pickup that it would still fit in my garage for heated storage. The receptionist told me that the skid was only 46 inches tall which is what it was listed as on the website. Once the skid showed up it was actually 48.5 inches tall. with the 2.5 extra inches in height, it will not fit in the garage. I notified them about the height issue, and said it is false advertising, but they didn't seem to care. We have had 2 people try to break into my truck because it is sitting in the driveway, and a few days ago one guy was successful in breaking in, and stole my business debit card, and about $800 worth of power tools. I notified them about the situation and got the run around every time. Once I threatened to sue them for false advertising, they changed all the dimensions on the website to hide the evidence of their negligence. for 3 weeks I tried to get them to make the situation right, and they said I could either send them the machine, "at my own expense" and they would inspect it to see if I can get a refund, which based off the way they have interacted with me I'm guessing I would never get, or I would get $200 dollars off a different pressure washer, which doesn't even come close to making things right. long story short is I will never be doing business with this company ever again, and I hope they go out of business before anyone else can get screwed over by them.!!!Beware anyone wanting to buy equipment from these guys, just look the other way!!!
the only positive thing I have to say is that they changed the dimensions on the website before they even called me back.

Before I decided my purchase of a new trailer pressure washer unit I put a great deal of effort in reviewing my brands/manufactures to buy from. Now I must mention that all companies had their ups and downs in terms of online reviews, I will say that any review of BCE customer service less then 5 stars must have experienced an anomaly, I spoke with Ron at BCE by phone about my options, he clearly knows his stuff and his technical knowledge is phenomenal. I gave him the green light on the purchase yesterday Wednesday 8/25 and I was told that I could expect a 2 week delivery time frame, I mentioned that I was in major need of the unit in order to get my heavy equipment processed and cleaned ASAP and he would see what he could do as trailer units had been still on order. Well, I just took delivery of my brand new unit today 8/26! To top it off, the owner of BCE personally delivered it to me and once again I cant say enough good things about his ability to walk through the machine, he spent over an hour and half explaining every serious detail about safety, servicing, parts, failures and simple machine operation. Thanks BCE for all your effort and professionalism as you put me ahead of schedule by almost 2 weeks. I will be back for additional units soon!

I have been using BCE's equipment for over 10 years. Their machines are built tough and easy to work on. All replacement parts and tune up kits can EASYLY be ordered through their website online. If I do have a question, they answer every time and the right tech for the issue gets on the line and walks me through until resolved. I would highly recommend for all your powerwashing and softwashing needs.

Randy and Team create a people friendly business environment: Clean showroom, friendly welcomes and quick response from the front desk to General Manager. The pressure washing machine available on-line was in-stock; as Randy walked me to the exact unit I asked questions and he has the answers! I learned from him that he made a promise to his Father to “be nice to people” in 1988 and hearing his story teaches a priceless lesson that I will always remember to be when conducting business.
