I stopped by the Grossmont Center location and was helped by a woman named Jesse and when I tell you the product she recommended was not only a great product but it also tastes really good! Most of the stores I went to were not much help. I also did not have much knowledge on products and what would be best for my goals. Luckily this guy named Julian there helped me out and made me a lot more knowledge about the products and what I should be looking for and what to consider. My sister and I went to this location hoping to find something to help with our journey in bettering ourselves. I had been here before a while ago and it wasn't the best experience... so unfortunately I wasn't looking too forward to it. I was happily proven wrong! Julian immediately came up to us when we walked in and asked us a few questions instead of just assuming things like I dealt with the last time I was there. He was able to give us information and products based off the questions he asked and gave reasons as to why some things would / wouldn't work. I will definitely be coming back many times in the future! Julian is absolutely fantastic at his job!! Again very happy to have given this place a second chance due to Julian! Thanks Julian you went above and beyond!

The is looking different, simpler, store brand products are not accessible. Not sure if it's cheaper but we do need supplements. The Vitamin Shoppe is here to stay if we keep up our need for a strong immune system 🙏

If I could give zero stars I would. Update your hours online if you aren't actually open until 9. I arrived at 8:35 for an ONLINE PICK UP ORDER THAT WAS READY TO GO. Door is locked, but there's 2 employees standing there at the register telling me there closed. You know the least you could do is open up the door and tell me instead of shooing me away. I wasn't trying to roam around the store and purchase anything, I was picking up an ONLINE ORDER that was already paid for. Again, if you aren't open until 9 then the business should have updated hours. Won't be shopping here again.
