“Keep It Simple Solar did an outstanding job with our solar panel install. Shane met with us before the job and explained the entire process. He was very informative, and not pushy at all. He helped us design a system that met our needs, all at a good price. His crew completed the solar panel install in one day and two electricians came out the next day to finish up. It took a few more days before the city inspection came out to make the system fully operational. Shane was in touch with us from start to finish. Was hesitant to get Solar panels at first. We were ghosted by the first company and got 3 more bids that were outrageously priced. Shane was really professional and explained how everything works. He contacted us regularly throughout the project and his team installed our system in two days! We were granted Permission To Operate last month and received a negative credit $58 bill from Edison!!! “The communication of my project status was excellent. Shane does a lot of hand holding throughout the project and all the people involved were great. Our project coordinator changed but even then, they were very good at communicating the next steps for us. The installation team was courteous, friendly, and professional. The company staff showed up at the scheduled time, explained the installation and walked me through the process and the best location to install the equipment. They also set the expectation for the job completion that if they were not able to finish the job in one day, they would be back the next.
I was pleased that they were able to finish in one day.
I'd like to thank Keep It Simple Solar for a job well done. The whole experience of going solar was very smooth. I will recommend Shane and his team to anybody that asks me."
