Visit this office all the providers are very great they even offer translation services for my mother who speaks Russian , I was able to get medications and help very fast and efficiently. Office changed building locations to the other side of town. They called me for my appointment reminder but did not mention at all about the new location. I arrived at the old location 15 minutes before my appointment. I saw on the door that they relocated with a new address. I luckily was only 7 mins away. I arrived to new location but I had to find parking. They moved to way more congested location and parking was almost impossible to find. Finally found parking at the end of the parking lot so now I had to walk almost half a mile to the office location. By the time I arrived and checked in I was 12 minutes late and they forced me reschedule my appointment. Will never return. Staff was rude and extremely unempathetic about the situation. I have chronic back pain and it took me forever to walk to their office location.

I originally came here after a switch in insurance and needed a doctor to take over prescribing my medications that I've been on for 10+ years. What a nightmare experience. They had two weeks to contact my previous prescriber after my initial appointment and failed to do so. When I questioned why, the PA just fumbled through excuses and tried to display no wrongdoing and establish some form of medical authority. Amusing. What's worse is that they did not notify me before the appt which was now pointless. I took time off work and they didn't seem to care about my inconvenience at all. They had two weeks to obtain this information and all necessary information was provided for them. After 3 appointments and multiple tests, I was still no closer to my original request of getting my routine medications filled. I felt like their only goal was to run everything and anything they can bill my insurance for without really listening to me. They ran an EKG on me for god's sake and I'm young and healthy with no history of cardiac problems. I told them it wasn't necessary but they just brushed my opinions aside and began placing the electrodes. They wanted me to reschedule again but by this time I was aware of the pattern so no thanks. I also never saw a doctor once. Only PAs.

I have had a very disappointing experience with this medical office. Despite urgent health concerns, I've faced dismissive behavior from staff, long delays in receiving necessary care, and confusion regarding the listed primary care physician, who is no longer with the practice. The new doctor, Dr. Nishra Krouvati, is not yet seeing patients, leaving me without proper medical guidance. The soonest available appointment offered was two weeks away, and even then, they implied they might not be able to help. This lack of care and professionalism has left me feeling neglected and frustrated. I do not recommend this practice to anyone seeking reliable and compassionate healthcare.
