My assessment is based solely on the service provided and not on the product's quality. I sought assistance in determining the requirements and costs associated with constructing a 10 x 12 grade-level deck. After waiting for approximately 10 minutes, I observed the sales representatives engaged in personal conversations. Subsequently, Rick approached me and inquired about my needs. Upon explaining my purpose, he exhibited a dismissive attitude and suggested that I send a detailed list of requirements via email for cost estimation.

Regrettably, Rick demonstrated a lack of knowledge regarding contemporary decking systems. He erroneously asserted that Ipe installation exclusively involves face screws, displaying unfamiliarity with alternative methods such as Ipe clips. Furthermore, his suggestion to elevate the deck with posts for airflow. After I explained we are putting down 4 inch paver base for drainage an leveling for the tuffblocks

Overall, the experience left me dissatisfied due to the limited expertise and absence of design assistance. Consequently, I felt compelled to consider alternative options for my project.

Waiting for over 30 minutes to get help with lumber. An associate approached me once I walked towards him. He said he couldn't get a forklift, I didn't see that many clients and the wait time was still very bad.

The wait times in the lumber yard are sometimes really good and sometimes not, but I get pretty decent service. The most exceptional of service comes from Shay (in the yard) and Rick A. (in the shop). These two gentlemen go above and beyond, I can tell they really like what they do.
