Fast and easy service in a bright and clean space. Plenty of free parking out front and there is a handicap entrance. I come here every month to pay my bills and have never had any issues. Nikeshia is a tender at the register and is super friendly, all the employees are nice.

Compared to other DWP locations around L.A, this one feels fresh and much nicer. I was in and out within 2 minutes.

They implemented a new ticket system in place! You walk in and select options and take a ticket then sit and wait. Much more pleasant experience!

Why is the drop box closed on Saturday? It used to be open. Some of us work and can’t make it there between the posted hours. Martin Luther King Jr and Crenshaw location. Ugh!!!!

Was told from security and staff that they do not allow walk-in customer service, appointment only.

Arrived at 9:25 am on a Tuesday the location was completely empty no people inside.

PLEASE CLOSE THE LOCATION IF YOU HAVE NO INTENTIONS IN SERVICING PEOPLE THAT LIVE IN THIS COMMUNITY.

Employees here are collecting checks with little to no work being done.

If they end up shutting off your electricity, don't expect them to turn it back on the same day. & if that happens to fall on a Friday, then you're not getting any power until Monday. Even if you have kids in your place, & they have medical conditions that require refrigerated medication. They are callous & do NOT care what the situation is. Even if it was a misunderstanding as to why it was shut off to begin with (switching of tenants, & forgetting to transfer the account to your name). They truly have the worst customer service, next to shrewd mechanics. In West Hollywood, they turn your power back on same day AND remotely. They don't need someone to come to your location & you don't wait 3-4 days without any power. Absurd is an understatement. Avoid ever giving them your business, if you can. This area isn't that bad, but between the deplorable postal service & the electric department, I could never live in this area again.
*no stars*

They threaten my mom house to shut down the water knowing we’re a big family and we pay them huge amount of money payments!

I've only been here once, to get a copy of my electric bill. The line was very lone. Some people cut in the line, which angered some of the people.

When you go here, give yourself at least two (2) hours. The time you are there maybe less, but giving oneself more time will make some ladies and gentlemen less anxious.

Friendly staff, and they now have a DMV style line where they call your number instead of waiting in line, plenty of parking, the EV charging stations are cool. Shopping center right across the street too.
