As a triathlete and tennis player, I'm always on the lookout for healthy snacks to eat before/during training and exercise. These bars fit perfectly in my cycling jersey and tennis bag and come in flavors unique from the mass market bars. As anyone who's ever been on a bike for 8 hours will tell you, variety of flavors is extremely important to keep you eating and your body fueled. I'm a sucker for anything ginger, so Ginger Chai was the flavor that got me hooked, but the other flavors are great as well. Another key with these bars is that they do not stick to the wrapper like some bars (*COUGH* Powerbar *COUGH), which is also super important while riding a bike.

I have 2 favorites and I usually rotate these selections a couple of times during the week. The Earl Grey and the Hazelnut Mocha bars are competing for the #1 snack that I reach for in the morning when I'm on the go. Its like having a coffee or tea and snack simultaneously, and they're fresh and moist, not dry like most other snack bars. Limited on time to prepare meals in the morning? No problem. You can't go wrong with these Seedbars! They're guilt free!

These are the best energy bars I have ever had! My favorite ones are the earl grey and the ginger chai bars! They are the best bars to snack on especially when I’m on the go! I 100% recommend for everyone to try!
