The worst electricity company. How does your power go out after a storm is over. Their automated service is terrible, it needs serious updating they do not provide reasons or updates when the power goes out they are terrible in the respect for customers. I'm sitting in the dark right now simply because they don't service the customers the way they should

I wish I could give this company 0 stars!!! How on earth do you stop servicing clients at 1pm on a Thursday for a company event. Your clients are the reason you’re in business. I called on my clients behalf to establish service because she’s in her home with no power and two young children... the dispatcher had the audacity to tell me, well the company event is for us so she will just have to call in the morning. This community is doing a major disservice to its residents by having Snapping Shoals Electric Membership as its service provider. GA power would never do their clients like this. I’m in complete disgust

Well I only use the kiosk inside the doors because the lobby is closed. The drive-thru is open but I don't use it.

This company have no mercy at all. The day your bill is due , if you pay after 5pm there will be 10.00 extra charge and your next bill will be double or more hence, they will overcharge you for the next 2 or 3 months. Whatever you do or whatever position you are, think that someone was there before you and no condition is permanent
