The probiotics are helping with my histamine intolerance. I sent an email to customer service with some inquiries about dosage etc and the owner of the company replied himself. I was impressed. I ordered the product “5 Strains Yogurt Starter Culture #2” and I struggled before to get my yogurt to be nice and sour (not too sour, less than Greek yogurt at least) and thick, and this yogurt starter got me exactly the type of yogurt I wanted. The flavor is amazing and I made mine with raw milk so it can be used with pasteurized milk too for sure. Love it, best yogurt I’ve made!
