Horrible experience. My rate was being raised without my consent. They refused to refund the difference. They also refused to disclose how much I was being charged when I fist signed up, which was much less than what I am paying now, double a normal bill. Stay away. The company lacks basic ethics, and customer service was not helpful. While addressing this, they were working hard on selling me an alternative "plan" with lower rates. There are more efficient ways to help the environment.

Good company to work with - we have been customers since 2018. They purchase my excess solar energy production and give me credits, which we use to buy power at night. The website is easy to use and customer service is helpful when needed. Prices are fair.

Salesmen tactics need some training or new salesman possibly. Was lied To by a salesman named Jay, told me I would get a free gift card for checking my coned bill to see if I have their service already which I do. Then when I showed him he said oh actually you need to fill out another survey and his tone completely changed. This is no way to treat your paying customers, extremely disrespectful

Not sure what legal hoops they sneaked through but in PA you need a supplier agreement ID to sign up for an electricity supplier. They signed me up when I, the account holder, was not present, and did not provide any signature, nor did I provide my supplier agreement ID.

When I called, I was reassured that I will not be charged and they couldn’t even find an account for my name in my address. However I was charged for 2 weeks of electricity under their “green” rate which is double the number
my previous contract with another supplier. I also never received any notice or copies of the contract I “supposedly” signed up for. These people are committing fraud and there needs to be a class action lawsuit against them

VERY misleading information about pricing when I was sold this plan. Turns out the selling point is that they will sell me more expensive energy for 36 months instead of the cheaper electricity I'm getting now, on the threat that perhaps it could increase in the future.

Based out of Texas, where Greenwashing is down to a science. BIG AVOID

You need a new method of enrollment. Your reps pressured me big time and gave me confusing/conflicting information. They took my phone from me to get my ConEd account info and sign me up for their service, which made me uncomfortable. They put an ipad in front of me to sign pages of terms I obviously hadn't read. I felt anxious and backed into a corner when signing up. You're giving green energy a bad and untrustworthy name.

We are in the middle of a Hurricane Disaster, some phones work, some can only communicate off of Wi-Fi and my family and I are in a particular situation. Our bill was due right when this hurricane hit and we had asked for an extension until everything is resolved with this hurricane, and they have claimed that they cannot give one and that we have to come up with the entirety of the bill even though many of us are displaced and have to use many of our funds whether it’s savings or checks that have came through to pay for hotels being displayed or getting generators just getting things in general to survive when I asked to speak to a manager like a higher up it was said that the only high department that you can speak to you would have to call that it is no access to them through the chat this is very unacceptable in my opinion for business, especially considering when you’re dealing with people who are in Texas where there’s hurricanes there should be better things in place for people in this situation. I am completely not satisfied with how they handled it. There are more details to this that I can include but the overall is that this particular electric company does not know how to handle a situation like this, especially where they know there is a critical care form and process because I have a child who has to have electricity.

If you look into their actual energy usage it’s not “green”so that’s their first lie. Their reps also lie and say they are not signing you up and that they take information for an interest form and then despite never filling out a consent to service they will sign you up which is textbook fraud and illegal. The third lie is that they cost substantially more than not using them though they will tell you that’s not the case (almost double in some cases).
