I called and made an appointment for the following day to drop off my jeep Wrangler for service. Dylan introduced himself and took the best care of me and my vehicle and kept me updated on what was happening. Within three hours, I had an estimate of charges and services. The mechanic sent me a video of all of the problems and explaining what needed to be done. Thank you Dylan and all of the mechanics that helped with my vehicle and thank you for the nice car wash and vacuum. What a nice bonus.

Not impressed with the service at all. The staff was courteous but the results I received were not acceptable. I paid $627 for for them to replace the fluid in the transmission only to be told I needed to spend $12,700 for a new transmission and they could not fix the problem I brought the truck in for without replacing the the whole transmission. Ultimately, I have had 2 bad experiences with this Ram dealers service and will never return. Will be sharing my experiences with anyone who ask about the dealership. Bad business all the way around. I gave one star only because the staff was courteous. It would have been zero had it not been for that point. As a note, a transmission service provider in the area has identified that the problem can be fixed without replacing the transmission. Feels a lot like the service staff is not fully prepared to offer service.
