We are very pleased with Altadena Energy and Solar. They have been around for almost 20 years and they are very reliable. Hans, Joy, and their whole team did everything for us (i.e. permits, scheduling of project installation, city inspection, new meter installation, tax rebate preparation, etc.). The members of the crew that installed our panels were polite, clean, and organized. The office tried their best to accommodate our scheduling needs and they provided timely updates. Hans and Joy explained each step of the process and answered all of our questions. They didn't try to upsell us and they were honest and straightforward with the cost/expenses. We highly recommend them!

We talked to about six solar installers before deciding on Altadena. From our first consultation, I was impressed they weren't just trying to make a sale, but were able to provide a fairly comprehensive technical analysis of our project, and recommend some alternative. Our work included upgrading our service panel and service drop point, and wiring conduit around to minimize aesthetic impact. I was impressed they painted conduit to match all the surfaces it ran along, including the roof.

We're glad we went with Altadena, even if some installers provided lower quotes. Compared to other proposals, the finished system works more efficiently and looks great!
