We would like to compliment and thank the crew that replaced the “telephone pole” near our house at 20 Allamanda Avenue on Key Haven. Their professional and technical expertise was impressive. They communicated nicely throughout the entire process. We were fascinated how they easily and safely navigated such a complex job. On a side note, we have grandchildren who also watched their work. Not once did we hear a single profanity. Thank you!

Called to report sparks coming from my meter. Keys energy told me to call a private electrician, bc they “only own the meter, not the box it’s in” and “it’s impossible to have sparks coming from the meter”. After I pushed the issue (yes it’s actually coming from the meter!) They said if I wanted them to come out they’d have to pull the meter and leave us with no electric if it wasn’t the problem w the meter.

I have had to call on two separate occasions over the last few years, most recently for wires in need of repair. I couldn't have asked for better service. Response time was shockingly fast, communication was prefect and problem was fixed right away. Appreciate you guys being so on point!

I am on the phone with Sabrina ( the supposed supervisor ). 4 times I have called in with payment since October 12th. Still no payment has been processed. We have been removed from auto pay and charged the $125 deposit because THEY DO NOT do their job.
Complete incompetence but have no choice but to pay it all. Zero accountability, I hope they’re proud of the job they’re doing.

On Sunday evening we were having brush fires in Big Pine. And as you would expect the fire department asked to have the power turned off. Well around 9:30 or 10:00pm it was restored to my area. While I was waiting to return to my area off no name road I did see 3 keys energy trucks going down towards my neighborhood. Thanks a million times over for that prompt service.

I’m a business owner and when increasing any charges to customers they are notified a month prior, not the same day ! Apparently Keys Energy doesn’t believe in educating their customers as to any pending increases! They have just added to your bill for the previous month !!!!!!! Keys residents are getting surcharges of $80.00 ,$150.00,to 200.00 and higher, depending on you consumption! Wow what a surprise it is to open your bill and see that charge! We all know costs are increasing but I think the top tier management employes with top salaries $100,000.00 ++++ could have done a bet job implementing these increases. SHAME ON YOU.

I HAVE FOLLOWED KEYS ENERGY RECOMMENDATION TO REDUCE CONSUMPTION THIS PAST MONTH…..YOU KNOW WE ALL RECEIVED THAT HELPFUL TEXT MESSAGE TO SAVE ENERGY!!!!!! I TURNED OFF ALL CEILING FANS WHICH HAPPEN TO BE 10 !! SET THERMOSTAT TO 79 DEGREES, SET REFRIGERATORS TO LOWEST COLD MODE, TURN LIGHTS OFF WHEN NOT USING THE ROOM ETC ….. AND GUESS WHAT MY BILL WAS $5.00 MORE THAN LAST MONTH !!!!!!!! SOMEONE AT KEY ENERGY NEEDS TO EXPLAIN THIS TO ME!!!!

I AM TIRED OF BEING RIPPED OFF !!!!!
