Mark Cook was absolutely amazing! I have extreme anxiety and he went the extra mile to make sure I got what I wanted and was happy with everything I wanted!! Plus it only took a maximum of 3 hours start to finish! And that was with a trade in!!! Absolutely the best experience EVER!! James Jones took great care of my sister and I Sat. Oct 26, 2024. She was ready for a smaller new car and he found just the right one quickly (a beautiful blue Kia Forte) and handled all the details of the purchase with grace and efficiency. He clearly and carefully explained everything, even walked her through setting up the bluetooth. Lucas Bell was excellent handling the financing paperwork. We left with big smiles on our faces. We highly recommend James and the staff at Kia of Anniston.

I wish I could give salesman, David Curtis, 10 stars instead of 5! We went in to find a vehicle, late in the afternoon, and he went above and beyond even staying late, to make sure we drove off in a car we were happy with. And the guy in the finance department also did a great job. He was there late also and took his time explaining everything and didn't try to rush us. This dealership is definitely a class A place to purchase a vehicle! And David is an amazing salesman!

Wife and I traveled over an hour to take a $500 deposit for them to hold our car. We got there late. The dealership was closed but the salesman waited on us so we didn’t do have time for paperwork or inspect the car. the picture they show online, the car looked great. They showed a picture of Michelin tires on the car. The salesman locked the store up. We walked down and looked at the car by ourselves. It had one Michelin on the car so the next day we were negotiating with the salesman, Greg about putting three more Michelin on the car in the meantime, I guess the general manager whoever is Brian sold the car out from under us to someone else and I have yet to get my $500 deposit back. I would not recommend doing business with these people at all. I would stay as far away from this dealership as possible Saga will continue paid them cash money deposit this Brian person said he could’ve check that same day so when if the check gets here trust me, I will be checking the date on it. How can you negotiate for a car that we had already bought and put a deposit on and some idiot sell it out from under us Bad way of doing business. Oh but they did offer to sell us a new KIA

I want to give a shout out to Bryan Lambert and his team. This was the smoothest and quickest interaction I've ever had buying a car. Even though it was a used vehicle, they treated me like I bought a brand new car. Awesome job. We love the Toyota Highlander.
