Their staff was knowledgeable, courteous, patient, and professional throughout the process, and exceeded our expectations in every way. (I'm sure it is probably why this local business has been around for decades.) Patrick, our sales rep, and Daniel, the service technician, epitomized these qualities and deserve special recognition.

I was in talks with Element Energy for over a year. I never felt pressured to get the system and they were always helpful with the information. Right before I put in solar I had a heat pump installed. No one was sure how much electricity we would use for the heat pump but the engineers for Element calculated it perfectly! During the installation the workers were careful to not rip up my lawn and the way they hid the wires in a way that made really have to look for them. From the initial talks to beyond installation I am extremely happy with the service they provided.

My inverter went bad and the company that I used to install my system had gone out of business. I search for new company and found element. When I first called I spoke to Mike Lawson, and he said that he would get me squeezed in to get my system back up and running as soon as possible. His construction manager Dave gave me a call. They scheduled me to have the inverter replaced. The technician that came to my house Dave was very personable very friendly and knew what he was doing. For you know what I was up and running again I had to transfer over my system to element so they could gain access to solar Edge. This was the best decision I made in a while. I would highly recommend his company to fix repair or install a system.
