To date, this has been an excellent experience from my initial contact. I put in a request and within an hour or so the most pleasant young woman, Olivia, responded. She has the BEST customer service manners. She listened, she was patient and very courteous. Any time I reached out she promptly responded. Next the technician, Kyle, came out and he was extremely courteous, patient, listened and explained the issue, the process from beginning to end and answered all my questions and even repeated the answers for my husband. I would Wholeheartedly recommend LaVerne & So s without any reservations at this point. Next is my installation next week. Will get back with the final assessment.

I just want to pass on how professional and experienced LaVerne and Son has been for us. I contacted them asking for a quote to install solar system for our house. After viewing the 3 different quotes from different contractors we chose to go with LaVerne. We scheduled a date and time when they would start. The job was COMPLETE in 2 days. LaVerne sent out 13 people to get it done in order not to drag the job out. This was a big job installing a 12kw system with 20 kw battery backup. Rex LaVerne (owner) was here start to finish ensuring the job was perfect and on schedule. His team did a great job and I would highly recommend them anytime.

Kyle LaVerne was very friendly and professional. From the time he called to let us know that he was on his way to sitting with us and going over the options in replacing our unit, he was through and very informative. He gave us a great estimate and took the time to explain every step in the installation process. We are well pleased with what this company has to offer. Nothing but great service and support from Laverne & Sons in Bakersfield. We had a new system installed almost 2 years ago and each encounter for maintenance has been wonderful. I called them out recently for a "whooshing" sound that the heat pump was making during exceedingly cold weather. Mario came out the very next day and checked the entire system and explain that this was normal due to the auto defrost mechanism that thaws out the frozen refrigerant lines. Grateful to have Mario and this great company supporting our HVAC needs.

Ray is very knowledgeable, and his work is excellent. He explained each setting and how to access each item through the menus. I'm hiring for other electrical projects I've been waiting on. The biggest thing for me was they showed up!

It’s very disappointing that it has gotten to this point. This was the second time we used Laverne . They did a great job in our first property so we used them to replace our ac system that cost 26k in our second home.When they installed air vents some damage was done to the ceiling's but they came back and repaired all of them except one which was the one that was damaged the most. When they where installing the air vent in the living room I was there and I told the workers if it can be placed on the wall not the celling but they told me that the ceiling was the best place for the flow of air . I still told them that the ceiling was made of a very different material if it wasn’t going to damage it and again they said it was going to be fine . Now the wood around the air vent is breaking there are holes and it’s causing the ceiling to bubble down . I have left several messages emails and no answer. I already maid a report with the better business beural and they haven’t responded. It’s been about 5 month's

I had a wonderful experience. The different options was explained to me. Trustworthy advice made by experienced person. pros and cons was explained. A miracle happen. I was doing without heat and air had to use portable heat and air where I live. Where there is a will there's a way with this company, they will help you. Wherever you live, you need your heat and air.
