I decided to get a bedcover for my brand new truck that I purchased a few days prior to my dealing with H&H Truck and Outdoor. After doing a little research I found the one I wanted, called H&H to order it. While on the phone I made sure this bedcover did not require any drilling. The lady on the phone assured me it didn’t. After going back and forth getting the appointment setup and when they called to tell me the cover had arrived again I asked if it required any drilling, and again I was reassured it didn’t. I then drove my truck to their location and spoke with the lady again in person and asked to confirm no drilling. She reassured they weren’t going to drill, I even asked to speak with the technician who was going to do the work, she brushed that question off and told me they wouldn’t drill. I came back an hour later to pick up my truck when it was complete, lo and behold.. they drilled two holes in the bed for drains. And they left all the metal shavings in the bed as well. I immediately walked inside and asked the lady why did they drill in the bed of my truck, she told me that the drain tubes could not be routed through the normal holes that were created for them and they had to create two holes in the bed. My frustration is that after I asked multiple times and was reassured there would be no drilling, they did not have the the slightest customer service to make a simple phone call and confirm if it was OK to go ahead. If they would have called I would have went with a different bedcover. If I were you, I would not use this establishment for any work that needs to be done to your vehicle as they can not follow simple request.

Super helpful staff and great place for installs. I’ve bought Weather tech floor liners for my truck and had a ReTrax bed cover installed. They were quick and showed me how to operate before leaving.

I went to them to install a hitch on my vehicle. First the box did not have the proper hardware. So I bought it and brought it back. When it was taking too long I went out to see what was happening. They said one of the bolts had broke off. Here’s where I have interject my expertise. I worked maintenance on aircraft for the better part of 20 years. I have drilled out and repaired many broken screws and bolts. It’s not hard if you have the right equipment. Now I have a hitch with 3 out of 4 bolts. Is it safe? Maybe not but I grew tired of them trying to figure it out so I took it as is. I will try to find a mechanic who can complete the work.
I’m not blaming the mechanics. Having been one, I have been without the necessary tools or skills necessary to do a job. The tool is called an easy out. The name explains it’s operation. Maybe they need to purchase one and have training on how to use it.
PS. They have done work on my other vehicles with no complications. I’m just surprised this tripped them up.

It was a awesome experience! I had waited a long time to upgrade my Jeep with new tires and rims. Being an female it's usually a advantage to get anything done to the Jeep, cause men think we have no idea what we want. The staff was great, very knowledgeable and helpful. Worked with one of the ladies there who knew her stuff and made me feel very comfortable. Then, Allen was the gentleman who helped me put the package together. I knew what I wanted and I got exactly what I hoped for! Outstanding job!

I had a cover installed over the bed of my Tacoma by H&H almost 3 years ago. It needed adjusting, I stopped in today and Brandon Marley was wonderful. Upbeat, positive while totally professional, he immediately and said absolutely that it could be done today. Less than 10 minutes later, done!!! H&H is the best!!!!!! Thank you again, Brandon!!!!!!

In Feb 2023 I purchased a hot tub from H&H during the Birmingham home and garden show. Hunter was so patient, and answered all my questions to help me make sure I got the perfect hot tub for me! I’m in the process of building a house, and they have held it in storage for me (for 7 months!) until I was ready, delivered it, and got it set up for me, all for no additional cost!! Who does that?! Brandon and the team at H&H are first class all the way, and I would highly recommend them!!

I recently went to H&H in Oxford Alabama and let me just say it was an awesome experience dealing with Amber she knows the deal inside and out and is very quick to help find something out for you whatever it takes to satisfy the customers. I called back a couple of times asking about other items for my truck and she was on top of it!! The overall experience was beyond satisfactory the service of the guys in the back was satisfactory also they added the items to my truck with no problems at all. I highly recommend using them if you need any accessories for your truck you’ll be pleased you did!! Can’t wait to go back and add my airbags
