Very informative, but the rep became belligerent because my mother didn’t feel secure giving her social on the phone and preferred to fill out an application. As a result, we contacted the utilities company directly.

The customer service representative was amazing to work with. He found me a fantastic rate through a new provider for me. Im excited to have lower payments and it was so easy and fast to switch. He answered all my questions thoroughly and knowledgeable. He had amazing attitude the whole time. Im highly recommend giving them a call so they can help you compare rates and save you money!

Initially they were very helpful and were good during the call and setting it up for me. The issue arose when I contacted the ckmpany they set me up with to find out my rep had put my social in wrong which is being resolved now, but it may destroy the part where I was told I qualified for a no deposit plan. Nothing against the agent its just destroyed me mentally now.

The agent was a bit short with answers and not very patient with any questions I had. She spoke way too fast for a normal person to assimilate the information. If a company expects you to honor a 1 year commitment, they had better be willing to explain the terms in a kind and patient manner and not at warp speed just to get through the order. I am not certain if I actually got the best plan as I was made to feel like I was bothering her when asking questions.
