We just installed an additional 10 solar panels and Matt and his staff have been such a pleasure to work with. Each person who helped us with the different stages of our project was very knowledgeable on their job. Mike was very efficient in looking at our usage and determining what we needed. Amanda our “project manager” was always so quick at responding to our questions. And James was very proficient at helping us with the last and final stage of our install..in addition he showed us how to use the Enlighten app to quickly check that our system is working correctly.

It is with great pleasure that I share some feedback regarding Peak Power's team members. Everyone involved with our solar project did a fantastic job. The planning, installation, loan process, and final walk-through exceeded my expectations.

The installation of the devices was installed in a professional manner that maintained the aesthetics of our home. Everything was level and straight. Jay helped with the Wi-Fi configuration and operating instructions. Amber assisted with coordinating our appointments and setting up our loan. Victor, Stan, and the Project Manager did a fantastic job with the installation. Some of our breakers were able to be relocated for backup in case of a power outage. High marks to the entire team!

One particular stand-out team member is Mike Ferketic. Words cannot describe how incredible he is. He clearly has a passion for configuring solar, and I especially liked his honest by-the-numbers sales approach. After researching several companies, I am very pleased with the decision to select Peak Power as our solar vendor.

I chose Peak Power because I was looking for a solar company that was local, employed their own installers, offered fair pricing with top tier panels, had a long history in the business, and had great reviews. They checked all of these boxes. So many companies in the solar biz (especially the larger name brand ones) just write contracts and farm out the installation to third party installers. I was not going to risk a shoddy install on my newly built garage. The Peak Power installers were very experienced, answered all of my nerdy questions, and built a super clean system that is working great. I also want to thank Matthew and Mike for their professionalism in providing thorough technical and financial details up front and then following up after the install. I highly recommend Peak Power!

This review has been a long time coming and I have been remiss in doing so. I selected Peak Power after interviewing 4 different solar installation companies and after doing copious research on system design, solar technologies, incentives, rebates and best practices for more than a year. If I was going to invest $40,000 in solar, I was not going to do so without being fully informed and I was certainly not going to be blindly "sold" what a vendor was pushing. While Peak Power was not the least expensive vendor we interviewed they were extremely competitive and willing to recommend ways to optimize pricing while preserving the integrity of our objectives. More important than cost, they were the vendor that instilled the most confidence - with a high level of willingness to work with us to assure we were educated, comfortable and compliant with the unique requirements of our project (ours is a Mills Act/Historic Home). Not only was Matt exceptional to work with from initial meeting through installation, the Peak Power team members (from project manager to installers) each were respectful and you could tell they cared about their work and the client. No project is without hurdles and challenges and when we hit a bump in the road, Matt and team were always direct, honorable and did the right thing. No change orders, no surprise fees. Great outcomes all around. I'm a tough customer. I live in the details and I expect any vendor to do what they say, when they say it in a manner that is consistent with what we agreed to. Matt and Peak Power lived up to every expectation. I would not only recommend Peak Power, I would use them again. Happy to have a conversation with any prospective customer of Peak Power.
