Set up inquiry online. The phone appointment was supposed to 15 min long and at 9am. Received follow up text shortly stating call is one hour long. 2nd follow up text that your phone call is in one hour. Never got a call. Way to start a business relationship.

We were pleased with the work done by McCormack. Our project involved working with metal material. The first point of contact was Mike Takahashi, who was very attentive and managed several small project updates with quick and clear responses. There were some delays getting started, but avoiding the rain earlier in the year was for the best. Tearing off the old roof was a messy job, but the crew managed things reasonably well. My questions and concerns during the project were addressed to my satisfaction. We are very happy with how our new roof looks.

Ana, our roof works fantastic. The last. 3 days the weather has been very warm. Our entire house is cool. We don’t turn on the AC.

The insulation, the fiber board and the expensive poly treatment has done the job. We have lived here 26 years, the last 3 years have been miserable. Not now.

I met with Mike Takahashi and was very impressed with his professionalism and understanding of our Church needs. We completed 2 projects together and everything went perfectly. McCormack completed another project for our Church about 5 years ago and everything is holding up nicely.
I would recommend them to anyone looking for roofing.
I know the last 12 months were difficult with the massive storms but McCormack kept us informed and completed the job in a reasonable timeframe. Ana Vargas was a big part of that.
I will definitely use McCormack in any future projects.

Had a new solar roof installed by McCormack Roofing.
Installation crew was on time, worked hard, cleaned up afterwards, was
friendly, and was easy to communicate with.
Project manager handled the logistics well but did not convey agreed
upon details to the crew and did not QA the work.
Some cosmetic issues existed upon completion but I was able to fix the
minor ones and McCormack stood by their work and resolved the larger issue.

Had my concrete tile roof re-roofed a few months back in March. From the very beginning, McCormack Roofing did a very professional job. Mike Takahashi, the estimator came out and walked my roof and gave me a very detailed estimate. He answered my many questions and looked into any issues that arose. I selected this company because of my trust in Mike. I was rewarded by the timely installation of my roof during a diffucult raining season. Also the construction team of Edher Medina, Ana Vargas, Scott Cooper and Jaime did a great job of staying on schedule and answering all my questions. Also early in the project, Brittany and Vanessa were of great help. Another lady in the neighborhood also used McCormack and was happy with their work. I would recommend to get a estimate from McCormack.

I usually don't post reviews but in this case I felt it necessary. McCormack Roofing Installed my GAF asphalt shingle roof and I love it! The salesman, Patrick was very professional and knowledgeable. Everything from the scheduling to the actual construction was on point. Matt Baker the construction manager communicated promptly and made sure I understood what was what. The pricing was a little higher than I expected but it made sense given how much wood work that I needed to have done. Was well worth it! I recommend McCormack for your roofing needs!

I called in at the top of the week about my 5 yr old, under warranty roof leaking. They said someone would call to schedule service within 48 hours. That window came and went. With another big storm in the forecast next week I called back Friday morning. Same thing - "someone will call you today". Today has come and gone, the office is now closed and I guess my newly installed drywall on my remodel will be ruined next week. If you're looking for a new roof, I'd consider their post install warranty service. Until they get on it, the review stays 1 star.
