Worse company you can have. From the broker to lightreach and palmetto. They all work together and very deceiving. I was promised incentives to go with the company never received, I never received a solar backup battery to store your energy. So now I pay PG&E and Sungrid which is lightreach which then Palmetto does the financing. Andrew Higgins who is one of the CEO s or in charge of this Company has never reached out to correct this situation. If you see the reviews not one bad review to good to be true . They promise what they can’t deliver and always behind on the schedule. Olen another customer service guy who answer calls very politely but never completes the work. Just tell you boss to complete the job.

Had my solar installed, working with Andrew. He was informed and provided unbeatable value versus the market. You get updates that get pushed through every step of the equation which was nice because you rarely had to ask questions. The panels looks great, all black and very sleek.

Overall I had an extremely positive experience and feel this company really knows how to showcase value and make the solution perfectly tailored towards you. They even went as far as color matching to the paint color of my house and roof shingles.

Everything went very smooth. Andrew had answers for all my questions and made my life easy. They were on time and worked with the electrial company for me.

Our solar inverter died and we have not had the greatest experience with the system that we purchased with our house back in 2013. So we reached out to Andrew and SunGrid to see if we could have a new system designed for us to reduce the costs we have annually for our electricity. The team came out this past weekend and removed the old system and installed the new one. Very professional installation team and very dedicated. I am super pleased with our experience. Totally recommend you talking to them if you are interested in updating your system or need to install one from scratch.

Sungrid solar did upgrades on my system and did an outstanding job. My panels produce much more then I use and I couldn’t be happier. Andrew was very professional and did the work in a timely manor. I will use them again in the future.
