Natura health staff understands that sleep, fatigue, mood and pain are intertwined. Their ability to communicate and integrate all healing aspects into appropriate treatment is critical in regaining healthy life balance. Highly recommend any treatment modality offered at their modern, rejuvenating and down to earth atmosphere. It’s affordable and definitely worth it. They take workers comp claims and regular heath insurance! Bonus points for because they handle all paperwork promptly. Will continue all future treatments with Jane. She’s the best.

I was hesitant to leave a low rating for a place that has consistently received 5 stars, but I wanted to share my experience from an initial acupuncture session in early August.

The positives were that:
1. They are in-network with Blue Shield PPO and were able to verify the status and the amount of co-pay on my behalf.
2. Appointments were available to make online via the Jane app.

Now onto my negative experiences:
I arrived 15 minutes early and was asked to either wait or browse around the neighborhood, which was completely expected. Once I came back to the spa right on time, I was told again by the provider that "I'm still working on something here" and that I had to continue waiting without being given an estimate or shown the slightest apology. Given that the receptionist was out that day, I could sympathize that it could get hectic.

However, the level and quality of care fell short. The provider did not wash their hands prior to inserting the needles, and they did not wipe the needling areas with alcohol pads (which has been my experience across the other 4 other facilities I've been to). They were constantly on the phone and had me wait with needles on for much longer than the 20 minutes they had originally told me. For cupping, I asked to experiment with an area on my calf but after a few minutes, I realized the discomfort was too much and I had to shout several times to get them to come back into the room and remove the cups. I was not given a buzzer or told that I could call them any time during the treatment.

During the initial consultation, the provider was also condescending, expressing several times how 'bad' my health was and how everything was a problem. I came in for chronic pain, so I didn't need a reminder that my health was not in perfect shape, but I have always been told by other healthcare providers that I am much stronger and healthier than others of my age and of my condition, so that was not a pleasant thing to be hearing when I'm going in for a treatment to make me feel better.

Overall, it was a very disappointing, and frankly, I felt disrespected and unsafe for my health and hygiene. I understand that previous customer reviews showed satisfaction with the facial treatments, but I will not be going back to this place to receive acupuncture.

Cupping, Massage, and Acupuncture done by Jane today, helped to make my low back pain fade away. Jane offers a variety of therapeutic and cosmetic services to make you feel great! Her office manager Derek is a delight, so helpful in many ways. Check out Natura soon. You’ll feel better the minute you step into the Zen-like space.

Jane is absolutely fantastic! I bulged a disc about 9 months ago and have had bad lower back and sciatica pain ever since. I’ve seen Jane twice now (in conjunction with PT) and I’m feeling like myself again for the first time in almost a year. I’m so happy I was introduced to Natura and Jane, and wouldnt be able to confidently do the physical activities I love without their help.

Jane is attentive, warm and so professional. I am getting acupuncture to help with post surgery healing and it is magic! I went in today with intense swelling in my foot and within hours, the swelling has come down significantly. Two sessions with her and I already feel so much relief. Highly recommend her!

It’s serendipity that workers comp admin recommended Natura Accupuncture to treat acute and chronic health issues. Their professional staff is welcoming, caring and swiftly handles all related paperwork. You enter an oasis of peace and know right away that they offer the highest standards in eastern medicine in combination within the latest western medical knowledge. Each appointment with Jane was impactful, restorative and effective. On one occasion she completely resolved a persistent asthma attack by placing only an handful of needles along my arms. Another bonus point is easy accessible with plenty of free parking.
