I wish I could give a negative zero-star review. My experience with the lady up front was less than desirable. She is extremely rude and condescending, not to mention super unprofessional. She is the only person that I was allowed to speak with involving a major issue with a water leak that I had, which resulted in an extremely high bill. She would only relay messages to me from her "bossman" as she referred to him. I have heard several people who have been treated poorly and talked down to by this individual. Customer service is TERRIBLE. People should not be made to feel stupid. I try to pay my water bill with a check every month in order to avoid the "convenience fee" through the online payment system, and when I do, I take it to the drop box AFTER HOURS simply to avoid dealing with anybody at this office, particularly the lady up front.
