I have done several workshops with Raewyn. Raewyn is compassionate, wise, and made me personally feel that I mattered. Raewyn has educated herself to be able to connect with her clients. I struggle with my weight and thru these workshops and being able to learn to put myself first I was able to accomplish a miracle. I changed my mindset and changed my eating journey. Rae has been very helpful and my health has improved a great deal since we started to work together. I lost weight down to my ideal weight and have kept it off for over a year. Where do I start! I was so lucky to stumble across Rae on Facebook when I was honestly in my darkest time. My mental and physical health were at breaking point, I was bed bound and I knew there was something that the doctors were missing. They said I *just* had anxiety and there was nothing they could find - I thought that was it for me 😢 But Rae introduced me to a whole new world of Functional Medicine and I have honestly never looked back. I joined her programme and she was incredible - supporting me in every way and giving me hope that I could improve. With her help I continued to educate myself and it’s been a fascinating ride… Little by little (progress was very slow for me as I had had but gut issues for 30 years since tons of antibiotics as a teenager) I’ve seen improvements. It’s been incremental and sometimes felt like I was going backwards but Rae always brought me back to the hope that things were working for me and the wisdom of my own body to heal itself given all the right things I was lacking. 2 years on and I’m getting out and about more - finally having energy like I haven’t had in years…. I have learned so so much - I will always be grateful and it’s amazing to think of all the people around me who I have passed this knowledge onto. Rae has made me feel empowered that I can be in charge of my health - instead of feeling helpless with doctors who dismissed me and didn’t look at the route cause. Somewhere along the line I was blessed to have found Rae at the worst moment when everything seemed hopeless and black. I cannot shout it from the rooftops loud enough!!
