Eugene and Chris were incredibly helpful. Very timely in responses. Explained things thoroughly, definitely would recommend them to anyone with solar needs, whether its solar panel installation, inverter issues, solar monitoring, or just troubleshooting things. Chris actually got on the phone with me and walked me through inverter fault codes, etc, and didn't even charge anything for that. Highly recommend.

Finding the right company and person to install solar can be very overwhelming- there’s a lot out there, and I felt that most companies and sales people were very pushy. That is far from the case with Solar Solutions. Eugene sheparded us from beginning to end, answered all my questions, and his responsiveness was top notch (something very important to me). We trusted Eugene and he really came through. He flexed as the situation changed and did everything to get our PTO as quickly as possible. We are very fortunate to have had Eugene helping us and highly recommend him and his whole team.

I was having major issues with my initial installer for almost 3 years, so I engaged Solar Solutions to help sort it out. They helped troubleshoot the issues, and I was able to use their input to force the installer to make the necessary changes and finally get the system functioning as promised. Marco was amazing from start to finish. He was so kind and helpful throughout the entire process even when our roofer was not. He really bent over backwards to fit our job into his crews schedule. They were fast and organized. He came to check on the job his crew was doing multiple times and even came back to help us set up our solar app AFTER he had received payment. He did this as a favor and helped walk us through the entire process. Cannot say enough great things about this company!!

I am what is considered a solar orphan, since the installer I used for my SolarEdge solar system is no longer in business. I recently had some concerns about my system and reached out to Gene at Solar Solutions Company to see about getting my system serviced. He not only set me up to have my system monitored by the manufacturer, after doing so he was able to tell me my system was A OK. He did all of this without generating an invoice for his help. What a wonderful surprise. Rest assured, if I have any actual issues with my solar system, Solar Solutions Company is who I'm calling.
