Currently living at a Playa Life property - the best living experience I've had in IV. Super responsive through email and the phone, extremely convenient tenant portal, always get any issues with maintenance fixed ASAP. The properties are also at great locations right on the beach. Highly recommend!

Playa life is the best rental management company in isla vista. Not only are most of the properties located right by the water, but they also have a great system of keeping everything in check whether that is the property itself or filling a lease. They answer questions very fast and make sure everything regarding living in one of the properties or signing a lease is clearly communicated! Both richard and Brandon are great people that make sure their tenants are happy! Overall, great experience!

I wish there was an option for zero stars, Playa life management needs some changes. Brandon is very unprofessional and about the worst person imaginable to have as a property manager. They thrive on scamming kids and getting as much money as possible out of the tenets they are aware of the position they are in and take full advantage. When I reached out about my 2700$ deposit in total 55000$+ deposit which we got about 35000$ back I was told that I was entitled and should consult with “daddy before running my mouth” when all I did was state my renter rights and requested that I get the deposit back 21 days after move out and a list of deductions very simple requests for a large amount of money. Brandon in specific has been rude and unprofessional throughout this whole experience.Unfortunately people like him will keep getting away with this unless people do something like stop renting from this property management and their sustainability relies on getting rid of Brandon asap. DO NOT RENT WITH PLAYA LIFE.
