I had an EV charger installed, and it was a loose job. They installed breakers not meant for my panel. The charger unit burned out early, and could have started a fire while charging my car. Rick showed me where I had multiple breakers that weren't proper. It cost me much more to than it did the first time, but I feel safe from fire now.
I have learned my lesson again that you save when you pay for a professional licensed electrician.
