Good people who really did their best to help me out, especially Dani Paulino. Many thanks! Dani's email responses were fast, cordial, and understanding. But my new water meter seemed way too expensive at over 21K. They claimed the high fees were in part, to pay for a new sewer system that has yet to be installed in Joshua Tree. New construction gets tougher every year.

I don't typically leave reviews, but I wanted to share that JBWD has been helpful, quick to respond, and clear on instructions on the next steps I've needed to take to progress, helping my senior father, in getting his home project moving forward. Dani in particular has been very helpful. Noticed a mistake in the plot plan our designer had made, and notified me right away so I could get it fixed quickly. I am new to all of the processes, and trying to navigate it all with my dad, and this is truly appreciated. Dani has been patient with my lack of knowledge and understanding.
