Had to wait 2 weeks to even get a phone call to schedule a consultation for a generator install. They didn’t communicate when they would show up to my house, and when they did, I wasn’t home and the gate was locked. The person who went to the property then sent me a rude text, telling me to find another company due to their poor communication.
