We have a small house with a difficult crawlspace that was moldy. After having the mold fixed profesionally we were looking to insulate the place. We gathered a few estimates and Bill was the one that we liked most. One differentiator is that he took pains to explain his approach over others.

Bill and his team did a fabulous job in a timely manner. They were tidy and very detail oriented. We had them do the attic as well as the crawlspace and we now are super cozy and ready for the winter.

We made our choice based on quality of work and would highly reccomend that you listen to what ECS suggests for your house.

Knowledgeable, great advice, fair price. He also shows pictures of your house interior so you understand where the gaps are without climbing around with him.

We were able to talk through many options with Bill to learn how best to insulate our home. We could have greatly improved our attic, basement, and some accessible pockets from the attic. With Bill we decided the most cost effective actions were to install an attic door cover, spray foam the rim joist all around our basement and a couple other small things. It has reduced drafts, increased humidity, and lowered our energy bill. Many thanks!
(Oh and our dishwasher drain used to freeze in the winter but not anymore thanks to the spray foam below!)

Bill and his crew are Top Notch and are fantastic at what they do. After every job they make sure to clean the customers house as clean as possible ( I had to dust in between banisters on rails when I worked for them). The office crew is pleasant and professional and will bend over backwards to make your house as efficient as possible without cutting any corners at all. They care about people over profits and It shows in their crew's work ethics. you're never going to meet a nicer group of people.

Very pleased with the work performed by Energy Conservation Specialists. The owner Bill inspected my house and made recommendations on areas that needed insulation (as well as some that didn't, saving me money). We had some spray foam insulation installed and blown-in cellulose to address a very drafty rear addition on the first floor. The crew was extremely clean and professional. With the type of spray foam they used we were able to sleep in our house that same night (some other companies required the house to be vacant for 24 hours for off-gassing). Now our first floor holds heat MUCH better and there aren't any drafts.
